Brochure for the Land Rover 107 inch Series I pick-up truck. This brochure is probably the earliest version as both the stamp on the cover and the accompanying price list are from late 1953 while the 107 inch models went on sale for the 1954 model year. I've seen brochures with a similar cover in orange, which might be an updated version. The price list which came with this brochure is really as askew as the scan shows.
